Zashify

Frequently asked questions

Short, honest answers about tools, privacy and accounts.

Is Zashify free to use?

Yes. The core collection of browser-based tools is free, and most of them don’t require an account. Plus plans add higher limits, batch processing and extra utilities.

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. Tools that are marked as browser-based process your files directly on your device using your browser’s own engines. Your files never leave your computer, and the page tells you clearly when a tool performs a small server-side lookup.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything works in modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge — on desktop and mobile. Heavy libraries load only when you open a tool.

Which languages are available?

Zashify ships in English, Spanish, French and German. Tool interfaces, guides, the FAQ and the legal pages are all translated into the four languages.

How big can my files be?

Each tool page states its practical limits. Because browser-based tools use your device’s memory, very large documents may take longer or warn you before processing.

Do I need an account to use the tools?

No. Every available tool works without an account, and there is no sign-up wall. Accounts are planned for the paid plans, but the free tools will keep working without one.

When will paid plans be available?

The Plus and Pro plans on the pricing page are not on sale yet. They will add higher limits, batch presets and scheduled processing. The free tools are not going away or becoming limited.

How do I report a bug or ask for a new tool?

Use the contact page. Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Feature requests are read as well — many of the current tools started that way.
