Terms of service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Zashify for the use of this website and its tools. By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short.
The service
Zashify provides browser-based utilities for PDFs, images, text, email and messaging, together with the documentation and support pages around them. Some tools are marked as roadmap items; those are not available yet.
Using the tools
You may use Zashify for personal and commercial work at no cost. No account is required. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zashify to break the law, to process material you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to try to reach data belonging to other people. Automated scraping of the site is not permitted.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files and to anything you create with the tools. We claim no licence over your content, because in browser tools it never reaches us.
No warranty
Zashify is provided as is. We work hard to keep the tools correct, but we cannot guarantee that every conversion is perfect or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Keep a copy of important originals.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zashify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Intellectual property
The Zashify name, design and code are ours. The tools you use and the output you generate are yours. Open-source components keep their own licences.
Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed or removed. Paid plans described on the pricing page are not yet on sale; when they are, separate terms will cover billing, renewal and cancellation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Zashify operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
